Meeting of the G7 data protection authorities

The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI), Prof. Ulrich Kelber, attends the meeting of the data protection authorities of the G7 states at the invitation of the UK Data Protection Officer, Ms Elizabeth Denham. This year, Great Britain is chairing the traditional group of the largest industrialised countries. Discussions will be held on how data protection commissioners can improve data protection for people in their countries through joint or coordinated action.
