At the 72nd  meeting of the IWGDPT, also known as the "Berlin Group", which is chaired by the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI), Prof. Ulrich Kelber, the focus will be on the challenges for data protection arising from the rapid development of "artificial intelligence". In addition, other future technologies, e.g. digital currencies, will be discussed.
