The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI), Prof. Ulrich Kelber, participates in panel III – “What future then for data enforcement in Europe?” at the Brussels Privacy Symposium. At this symposium,  new requirements and opportunities of the current European digital legal acts in the enforcement of data and consumer protection are discussed and the focus is on the increasingly demanded inter-agency cooperation.
