Global Privacy Summit

The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI), Prof. Ulrich Kelber, will participate in the "Global Privacy Summit" , one of the largest data protection conferences in the USA, organised by the American organisation "International Association of Privacy Professionals" (IAPP). One focus is the cross-border flow of data from the EU to the USA under the conditions of the new " EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework" as well as other current data protection policy issues. Bilateral talks will also be held, e.g. with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)."
